Itinerary

Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – HALF DAY CITY TOUR (L) - Hotel in Hanoi

Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, our transfer will pick you up and drop at the hotel.

Option 1: No early check in.

Half day morning joining city tour start at 8:00. Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Vietnam Ethnology Museum.

Option 2: Early check in. (surcharge)

Half day afternoon joining city tour start at 12:15, have lunch, then visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of Literature and Hoa Lo Prison.

Back to hotel and relax

Day 2: HA NOI - NINH BINH DAY TOUR (B/L) – Hotel in Hanoi

After breakfast, our team would drive you to Ninh Binh to explore the UNESCO World heritage site. Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel. After lunch, we would embark on a spectacular boat ride in Tam Coc.

By evening we are back in Hanoi, and dinner on the way, before returning back to hotel.

Day 3: HANOI – HA LONG BAY CRUISE – OVERNIGHT ON BOARD (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at your hotel and the cruise transfer will pick you up to Ha Long Bay. (approximate 3hours). Arrive at Halong Bay wharf, you will be met by our crew who escort you on board and serve welcome drinks. You then check into your cabin and we begin cruising into Halong Bay. Have lunch in the restaurant while you enjoy the stunning views of the Bay.

Later we visit Luon Cave – kayaking or bamboo boat. Your next stop is Titop island with its famous crescent moon- shaped beach and tranquil beautiful blue waters. View Halong bay from the peal of Titop peak is another not to be missed activity

At sunset, its best time to enjoy happy hour for drinks and cooking class. Back on board we also enjoy dinner and night time squid fishing.

Day 4: HA LONG BAY CRUISE – HANOI (B/ Brunch) – Hotel in Hanoi

For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sun deck or take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a Halong Bay sunrise. After breakfast we set sail for Bo Hon Island. Disembark and visit (Sung Sot) Surprise Cave. It is one of the largest grottoes in Halong Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.

An early lunch We arrive back at the wharf at 12 noon for our drive back to Hanoi.

Free until the driver picking up and take you to the airport for your flight to back home.

The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixing by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must cover unless amendment or cancellation make by clients themselves (Non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients)
Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduct number of Pax in quoted group.
Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.

Children Policy

* Children under 5:

Infant below 5 years old sharing same room with 2 adults is free of charge. (limited to 1 child/1 room)
From the 2^nd child: charged at 50% of adult rate (without extra bed)

* Children from 5 to 11 years old:

stays in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 50% at the adult rate (without extra bed).
1 child stays in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 75% of the adult rate (with extra bed)
1 child stays in a double/twin room with 1 adult: charged at 85% of the adult rate.
2 children stay in a separate double/twin room are charged 85% of the adult rate
1 child stay in a separate single room is charged 85% of full price single cabin

* Joining tour policy for children

Children under 5 years old sit with parents, free of charge
Children from 5 to 8 years old are charged 75% at the adult rate (2 adults with 1 child 5 – 8 years old, the second child is charged 100% at the adult rate)
Children over 9 years old is charged 100% at the adult rate

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, fees will be charged accordingly to the day that official notice in writing is received at Head Office.

30 days before arrival date: 20% of total tour price
14 days before arrival date: 100% of total tour price

(FIT) booking

25 days before arrival date: 20% of total tour price
14 days before arrival date: 35% of cruise price and 100% of hotel price

Any cancellation due to irresistible reasons such as wars, strikes, earthquakes, etc. will be considered subject to each case.
